Here are some often overlooked, important facts to consider when comparing prices and shopping for the services of your wedding officiate. Ultimately, this person provides you the service that your entire day comes down to - seeing to it that you become man and wife. While so many times left until the last minute or not considered strongly enough, this is 'where the rubber meets the road' on your wedding day - so it deserves planning, serious thought of what you want in a ceremony and consideration of the person you will be working with not only on your special day, but the weeks leading up to your wedding for planning the perfect ceremony that will announce you to the world as a married couple! Lets face it... You'll try on what seems like 100 different dresses, interview many photographers, DJs, taste dozens of cakes and food samples and take the time to carefully select so many other vendors. It is equally important that you take the time to carefully choose an officiate as well. He or she must be not just a warm body with the same scripted ceremony used for 100 years, but a person that you can connect with emotionally, spiritually, personally... simply to trust and to feel comfortable with to be creative enough to take your ceremony to a whole new level - created JUST for the two of you, designed around each of you, and reflective of your relationship.

Although not required, we can handle all details of
your rehearsal. A rehearsal is a critical
element for the execution of a well run ceremony.
With so much cost and time put in to planning the
perfect day, a rehearsal acts as 'insurance' for a
flawless and well managed wedding. There are so many
things to consider such as who stands where, how
parents and grandparents are escorted, dealing with
divorced families and families with children. when
each attendant enters, how to hold your hands, when to
turn... I consider it insurance for all of the work
you have done to plan your wedding day.
Planning a Colorado Destination Wedding? Considering an elopement or a smaller, more intimate affair? We are available to accommodate you at the site of your choice - or allow us to assist in finding the perfect location from national parks, lakeside sites, hotels or event centers. Consider one of our all-inclusive packages for wedding officiating, photography, flowers, cake and more! Deposits and Reserving Your Date Reserving our services for your wedding day requires a 50% non-refundable deposit that is agreed on with an Agreement Of Services. Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, a hold is only placed on your date and time during the contract completion process, and only for 72 hours. After signing and returning your Wedding Services Agreement, you can call our office and pay by credit card, or mail a check (checks must be received within 5 business days of receiving the contract). The balance is due 72 hours before the ceremony. Many couples seem to prefer paying the entire balance up front so they have one less worry the week before the wedding. In either case, a receipt will then be sent via email and a copy kept in your file. Accepted Forms of Payment For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payments:
